Doing the right things will only ever make you feel wrong
Social media is crowded with advice.
These days, I find we get overloaded with things we “should be doing” and what’s good and what’s bad for us.
And although most of the time it’s done with the best of intentions, we tend to forget that we’re all different people.
There’s no single perfect formula, and what works for one person won’t necessarily work for the next.
Receiving advice also tends to have quite a negative effect on us.
It makes us feel inadequate because we think we can’t do what we’re supposed to be doing.
Another point to consider is that the doing-aspect is only the surface layer and likely won’t bring about the quality change you’re looking for within.
I don’t want you to follow any kind of advice. I also don’t want you to “do” anything in order to grow or feel better.
I believe that you hold the answers that’ll support your unique journey inside. It’s just about getting the right support to unlock that inner knowing.
In other words, I just want you to do you.
If you’re curious about this kind of self-work, I’d love to unfold it with you.
