I started Aura with a calling to facilitate coaching in a ceremonial space w. cacao.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told that I should keep that idea on the DL. To just stick to traditional coaching because otherwise, I might “scare people away.”
It took me a full year to finally honor that calling. To create the space and sessions that are so closely connected to my own path and who I am, and to the very reason I pursued coaching in the first place.
Ever since I stopped trying to ‘please’ and listen to the rational opinions of others, I’ve felt rewards pouring in from all directions.
I can feel the heart of my work and so can the people around me. My sessions go deeper.
There’s more room for my spirituality, my creative channel and my heart’s wisdom to come through.
I attract those who truly resonate with my spirit.
I show up authentically, and in turn, so do my clients.

Not only are we suppressing our selves, we’re also enabling our roles as victims.
